The success of ihti graduates can be attributed to the dedication of the institute’s highly experienced staff members and Directors, its close ties with the hospitality industry that enable the best internships, it’s outstanding international connections, and an ideal and enjoyable learning environment. One of ihti's underlying philosophies is to groom hoteliers with the most outstanding professional attitudes.

ihti has a young and vibrant Alumni Association. This association provides ihti graduates with a networking platform, for their career development including job opportunities, further education and training, etc
